Daman and Diu, a union territory in west India, consists of two separate areas divided by the Arabian Sea. The Daman Ganga River flows through the coastal town of Daman. Diu is a small island and mainland village. The Fort of Moti Daman, Diu Fort and 16th-century churches  reflect the territory’s past as a Portuguese colony. In the town of Moti Daman, the Basilica of Bom Jesus Church is known for its gilt altarpiece.Union Territory of Daman and Diu comprises of two districts namely Daman and Diu. Both Districts are situated on western coast of India at a distance of about 700 kms. Daman is the Head Quarter of this Union Territory. Daman is on the main land, while Diu is an island!!  Both the Districts of Daman and Diu are near Gujarat State and are separated by about 700 kms from one another.

Diu is a little island of breeze and magnificence in the Western shoreline of India. The environment here is wonderful over time making it a throughout the season place of interest. Diu was a Portugese state till 1961 and now a Union Territory isolated from Goa in 1987. This has been a significant general store and maritime base of armed forces for quite a long time before. 

Nestling close to the mouth of Damanganga River as it accepts the Arabian Sea, the Union Territory of Daman is effectively your fantasy objective.
